When not practicing Jennifer loves to spend time with her family, to ski, enjoy a good book and time with friends, practice yoga, and does her best to stay healthy, strong, and balanced.

Jennifer is grateful to be able to share her knowledge with others, to share in the wonderment of tapping into the body’s innate wisdom to heal, to be in balance.
