
Lydia Alblas
Nurse Practitioner
Lydia is a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care to each individual that she serves. She has completed a Primary Healthcare Nurse Practitioner and Master of Nursing degree at Lakehead University (Thunder Bay, ON). She is continuing her education by completing a fellowship in Longevity Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Lydia has a passion for optimizing one’s health and well-being through comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans that address multiple facets of life. She is excited to provide treatment plans, education, and monitoring for men and women in the area of hormone imbalances. Lydia also has an interest in supporting individuals who are struggling with eating disorders and aims to provide an environment where patients feel seen, heard, and cared for. Originally from Ontario, Lydia now calls Alberta home. In her free time, you can find her hiking in the mountains, planning a camping trip, reading a good book, or connecting with friends and family.
Lydia is a member in good standing of the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta.
